About Tisha

Hello and welcome to my Life Renewing blog!   This is a place for me to give voice to my own journey of living life fully…with all its twists, turns, pauses, and juicy choices.  I balance my time between mothering, loving my family and friends, caring for my own well-being, and coaching others to care for theirs.  After working for two incredible nonprofit organizations, I took time off after the birth of my son to define what I most want to offer the world.  After several months of shape-shifting my energies, I launched my coaching company, Renewall Coaching to provide support and inspiration for women who care.  This blog will chronicle how my life, as well as that of my family’s, is renewed everyday as a way to live with purpose, passion, and of course, love.

Married to my college sweetheart, we live in Louisville, Kentucky, with our four-year old son and rescued golden retriever.  When not working, we love being able to walk to the neighborhood ice cream store, to ride a Big Wheel down the alley, and to sit on our back patio drawing with sidewalk chalk.
